Is there a warranty?

Our products come with a 12 month manufacturer warranty and life-time service support starting from your receipt.The warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, external causes or abuse of the product.Neither does the warranty cover damage to any non-doqo product used in connection with the product.

How to return or refund?

We accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 30 days from the date you received it in accordance with our return policy. For non-quality related warranty claims, buyers is responsible for shipping fees.Check more about our refund policy.
